We are thrilled to announce our 2025 International Dialogue Trip to Greece and Albania!

Since 2005, Peace Islands Institute has organized educational, inter-cultural, and interfaith excursions to foster peace, understanding, and collaboration among diverse communities. This year, we invite community leaders, academics, public servants, and peace advocates to join us for an unforgettable journey across two beautiful countries.

Trip Dates:

📅 June 27th – July 3rd, 2025

Trip Highlights:

• Explore iconic historical and cultural sites in Athens, Tirana, and Shkodra.

• Engage in meaningful dialogues with local leaders, non-profit organizations, and peace-building institutions.

• Enjoy cultural exchanges, visits to ancient landmarks, and vibrant local experiences.

• Experience a curated trip with all travel, meals, and accommodations organized by Peace Islands Institute.

Trip Details:

• Participation Fee: $975

  (Covers local flights, transportation, meals, and hotel accommodations in Europe. Personal expenses are not included.)

• International Flights:

  Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to Athens, Greece and returning from Tirana, Albania. (Optional booking assistance available upon request.)

• Accommodation:

  Double-bed rooms for every two guests; king-bed rooms available for couples.

Tentative Itinerary Overview:

• Day 1: Arrival in Athens, check-in, and welcome dinner.

• Day 2: Athens city tour, intercultural dialogue, and dinner with refugee families.

• Day 3: Visit the Acropolis and meet with local elected officials.

• Day 4: Travel to Albania, explore historic landmarks, and cultural exchange in the evening.

• Day 5: Tour Tirana’s mosques, churches, and cultural centers.

• Day 6: Visit Shkodra’s historic sites and educational institutions.

• Day 7: Departure to the USA.
