Interfaith Youth Leaders DC Trip

April 6–7, 2025

A group of passionate young leaders joined Peace Islands Institute for an unforgettable Interfaith Youth Leaders DC Trip. The two-day experience included visits to historic landmarks such as the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The trip provided an enriching opportunity for youth to engage in interfaith dialogue, reflect on the nation’s history, and build lasting connections across different cultures and beliefs. Surrounded by spring blossoms and powerful monuments, the participants left inspired to lead with empathy, unity, and purpose.
