First Interfaith Iftar Program with Union Congregational Church

We held our first iftar on April 3, 2022! We were honored to hosted the distinguished Rev. David Shaw and members of Union Congregational Church at the first Ramadan interfaith iftar dinner! We both told about Ramadan and answered their questions about Ramadan.

One of our guests touched us by saying Happy Ramadan in Turkish and celebrating Ramadan in Turkish. In these meetings, we also have guests who fast or wear headscarves in order to empathize with us and share the same feeling.
