The Annual Women’s History Month Celebration

The Peace Islands Institute hosted its annual “Women’s History Month Celebration” on March 19, 2022 around 45 distinguished guests. PII was privileged to welcome Bergen County Commissioners Mary Amoroso, and Germaine M.Ortiz as guest speakers amongst many others. The honored individual on this occasion was Roberta Gaban Monteiro. During the event, the role of women in different areas was discussed. PII honored the women heroes as the frontline in various fields.
